How did you start running?: 
Originally starting running to lose a bit of weight and get fitter for 5 aside footie. Then I entered the Cardiff Half Marathon and everything changed, i got hooked. I did Paris as my first marthon in 2010. And 5 years later and almost 50 marathons & Ultras... i'm finally running London this year!!
Any message to newcomers?: 
Anything is possible. You don't know your limitations until you try. Unless you give it a go, you'll never know...
