Tarmac - definitely tarmac!
How did you start running?:
<p>I had a bit of a health scare a few years ago and ended up in hospital. I was overweight, eating the wrong things and spending too long doing nothing! So I decided I had to change. bit by bit, I started running and I'll always remember how painful that first ever ParkRun was... but I stuck with it and look where I've got to!</p>
Any message to newcomers?:
<p>Try it... Don't worry about whether you're 'good' or not.. everyone started the same way with one foot in front of the other...Who knows how far you will end up going... and there's no one more supportive than a Lliswerry Runner beside you!</p>
