Anything really - quite like running uphill, no idea why!
How did you start running?:
Turned 40, wanted to lose weight and gain some level of fitness before the inevitable heart attack arrived. I started jogging around the streets, Park Run came soon after closely followed by joining this club.
Any message to newcomers?:
1. Join the club, you are already fast enough (guaranteed), its brilliant for beginners and you will improve so much quicker than just jogging by yourself. 2. Don't try to do too much too soon, listen to your body.
